Shipping policy
Each order is processed after email confirmation and depending on the availability of the products within the time period described below. Once the collaborating courier company picks up each package, The Aurora Concept assumes no responsibility for any delays that may occur until the package is delivered to the final recipient (Strikes, force majeure, etc.).
The shipment tracking number, which is indicated on the relevant document of the collaborating courier company, will be made known to the customer (via email or SMS) shortly after the package is collected by the courier company's employee. This serves as proof of the timely processing of the order on our part. For the above reasons, The Aurora Concept is committed exclusively to the timely dispatch of the parcels and not to the final delivery time by the courier company.
Once the goods are shipped by our company, they are transported solely at the customer's responsibility. This means that the customer should never accept a parcel from the courier company if it shows visible external damage due to transportation.
If desired, the order can be processed with product shipment to your location via courier company. The courier company with which The Aurora Concept collaborates is General Postal Service (Γενική Ταχυδρομική).
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are as follows:
- Free shipping throughout Greece.
- Orders to foreign destinations have different shipping costs depending on the destination.
There is the possibility, upon arrangement, to ship goods with any carrier chosen by the customer, with the shipping costs being exclusively borne by the customer.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday at 15:00, excluding holidays. If an order is placed after the above shipping time, it will be processed on the next business day.
For areas considered difficult to access by the courier companies, the shipment/delivery will be made to the nearest store to you.
The Aurora Concept reserves the right to refuse shipping via cash on delivery.
