Therefore, the visitor/user must carefully read these terms before using the services of the website. If they do not agree, they must refrain from using the services and content. The visitor/user is requested to regularly check the terms of use for any changes. Continued use of the website theauroraconcept.gr even after modifications signifies the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor/user.

Our company aims to provide the best possible service to our customers. This e-shop enables both our customers and all Internet users to be immediately informed about the products our company offers and to make their purchases online.

All designs of the website pages, text, graphics, selection, and arrangements are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by Greek law, European law, and international conventions. All rights reserved. Any text, image, or trademark used in this electronic store is registered and used with the permission of their respective owners.

PRIVACY POLICY
To complete any transaction through our company's e-shop and to place orders for its products, some personal information of the customer is required. When placing an order, the full name, shipping address, billing address (if different from the shipping address), invoice details (if payment via invoice is selected), a contact phone number, email address, and in cases of credit card payment, the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code will be requested.

Users can obtain more information about each product by clicking on its image. Our company ensures timely updates regarding product availability but bears no responsibility for stock shortages. We make every effort to provide accurate product information (technical characteristics, prices, etc.), but we advise customers to contact us in case of any discrepancies before completing a purchase. Prices listed include VAT. In areas of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply and purchases are invoiced, the final prices are lower according to the reduced VAT rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices in the e-shop without prior notice to the public.
PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders placed through the e-shop https://callistastore.gr/ constitute distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 and subsequent amendments, including adaptations to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. A user can place a valid order if they have legal capacity according to Greek Civil Code provisions (i.e., they are at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to request order returns from guardians or legal representatives of legally incapacitated individuals.
ORDER PROCESSING THROUGH THE E-SHOP
To place an order, the user must:

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Return Policy: The terms outlined in this policy apply to all products purchased within Greece from the e-shop theauroraconcept.gr .
Order Cancellation: Users can cancel their order on the same day it was placed.
Returns: To request a product return, users must send an email to info@theauroraconcept.gr. Returned products must be in excellent condition, in their original packaging. Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered by warranty. If the packaging is opened, the product must be returned in perfect condition with all components included. Users must take care of the returned products until they are delivered back to our store or courier service. The company is not responsible for product defects or poor quality, as all items are received pre-packaged from suppliers. If a product is found to be defective, the user is entitled to a return and replacement at no additional cost. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt; otherwise, the company may refuse acceptance. The maximum return period for replacement is 15 calendar days. Consumer rights under applicable laws remain unaffected by this policy.
If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will bear the direct cost of returning the products. The return of the products will only be accepted from the address you initially provided for their delivery, which you have indicated to us in writing. You agree to provide our company with as many details as possible about the pickup address, such as floor number, access difficulties for the carrier/courier, the presence of an elevator, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the pickup process from the location you specify. You agree that there will be appropriate access to the location for the return of the goods. If the carrier/courier considers that the collection of products from the location you specify may cause damage to your property, they will inform you verbally and note it on the delivery form. You may instruct the cooperating transport/courier company to collect the products despite this indication, but we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to your property or the goods, as the collection will be made with due care and attention. You agree to provide the partner with all the products you wish to return, including all parts and components that make up the products. When the returned goods are collected by the carrier, you will sign a delivery form to confirm that the delivery has been made to the carrier. The delivery form will be provided to you by the cooperating carrier/courier. If you cannot be present during the pickup of the goods, you may designate a representative to handle this process on your behalf. This representative must be an adult and capable of supervising the collection of your goods on your behalf.
Refund for returned products:
If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods using the same method you used for the initial transaction, unless you wish for a different method of refund, in which case you must inform us in writing. The refund for the returned goods will be processed as soon as possible. In any case, the refund will be processed after you notify us in writing of your return request, and we accept the return, provided the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport/courier company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The supply of goods made according to specifications you have set as a consumer or clearly personalized (Private Label products).
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure:
If, due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, we will inform you by phone or email so that you can inform us whether you wish to proceed with the order under these conditions. Our company is not responsible for any situation outside of its control and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
If you have placed an online order and upon receipt, you find that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us so we can resolve all necessary details and send you the missing products at no additional cost.
Modification of terms:
Our company reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions. It is obligated to update this text regarding any changes or additions to the terms.
In case the ordered goods have not been received (and a long time has passed since the order was placed), please contact our company. For better and faster service, we recommend that you mention the specific order code that was sent to the email address you provided during the order.
According to Directive 2013/11/EU, which has been incorporated into Greek law with KYA 70330/2015 and Decision 31619 GAZ 969/22.3.2017 (Article 8 provides the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure throughout the European Union), if the Customer has an issue with a purchase made from the Online Store and resides in the EU, they can use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for out-of-court resolution of the dispute.
